Clear gold with a moderate white frothy head. Pale malt, dust, industrial yeast traces, grass, wood. Medium dry. Light plus bitterness. Rough.

500ml bottle from Lidl Darlington. 3.4%. Pinkish purple colour, short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of berry fruits, ribena, berry cordial. Taste is sweet, mixed berries, jammy, sugary, with an underlying astringent note. Medium bodied, high carbonation, very sweet berry finish. Too sweet with an astringent undernote.

500ml bottle from Lidl, Darlington. 3.4%. Pale pink colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of strawberry chews, citric lime, chewing gum. Taste is sweet, strawberry flavour, limey, lifesaver sweets, sugar, with some citric tartness. Medium bodied, high carbonation, sweet & citric finish. Quite sweet.

Can from Lidl Bucharova, Prague, forgotten almost. Misty dull golden body, light white head going away fast. Sweetish orange and lemon aroma, bit sticky, slightly worty and oxidized. More orange and lemon on the taste, but under the bit worty sweetish maltiness. Nah, not thrilled I'm afraid, the citrus notes win out most of the time in the end, but eh.

Murky pour with a vast quantity of sediment. The taste is deep and rich and lots of malt. You know what, this ain't half bad! Maybe some hops would have been nice to try and create some balance? Anyway, not one to seek out again, but perfectly pleasant.

Gefunden in einem slowakischen LIDL, wobei ich nicht sicher bin, ob es nicht eine eigene Kreation handelt.
Es ist jedenfalls eindeutig dem Corona-Bier 🌞 nachempfunden und dementsprechend leicht 🦋 mit deutlichen Maisgeschmack 🌽. Kann man schnell trinken, aber viel ist es nicht.

a Swiss pils, rather correct, don't expect to reach the nirvana but it is refreshing with a strong presence of the perfect hop, metallic but it is ok, rather dry and mineral, 01.10.20 at Monstrofun Martigny with my son.
