Bottle: Poured a deep copper color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma consists of light wood notes with some sweet malt notes and some light warming alcohol ester. Taste is more subtle mix then anticipated with light notes of wood, caramelized malt and some alcohol. Body is about average with good carbonation and some apparent alcohol. I was expecting a bit more character with more malt coming through then the final results achived.

Draft: Poured an orangey color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma consists of floral hoppy notes with light citrus notes. Taste is quite hoppy with some nice green floral notes with light citrusy undertones and some light dry caramel malt also showing. Body is about average with good carbonation. This one is drinking nicely and seems to be closer to and IPA.

Draft: Poured a black color ale with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry roasted malt with nice aromatic coffee notes. Taste is also dominated by dry malt roasted notes with some aromatic coffee which is surprising considering there is no coffee in here and those roasted malt do make a wonder. Body is about average for style with OK carbonation. Very well brewed for style.

Draft: Poured a bright amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of bitter and citrusy notes is very nice. Taste is a complex and drinkable mix of citrus and resinous notes with lightly bitter final and a solid malt backbone that doesn’t take away from the hops profile. Body is about average for style with good carbonation and no apparent reason. Very well brewed and something I wouldn’t mind having access to on amore regular basis.
