Bottle: Poured a medium amber color ale with a nice foamy head with ok retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus is dominant and quite enjoyable with nice floral undertones. Taste is dominated by citrus notes with bitter finish offset by some floral notes. Dry caramel malt body is present though doesn’t interfere with the hops profile. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed and interesting to taste the Citra hops directly. Re-rate 2017 bottle - the Citra hop is lot more pronounced then in the 2011 version. Nice pale malt notes with some residual sugar and plenty of citrusy hops.

Bottle thanks to Dany. Pours orange. White head. Nose/taste of peach skin, orange rind, sweet and tart fruits, citrus and wet wood. Mild tartness. Vinous notes. Brett is definitely in the mix as well. Solid beer. Medium body.

Bottle: Poured a dirty amber color ale with a big thick foamy head with excellent retention and loads of lacing. Aroma of floral earthy hops is quite enjoyable. Aromas of floral earthy hops with a nice solid dry caramel malt backbone and a very interesting bready yeast profile which distinguish this beer form the pack of IPA available out there. Body is quite full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Very nice IPA though more floral based then bitter with excellent yeast strain used which provides a different experience them most IPA out there.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a huge foamy head with great retention and excellent lacing. Aroma consists of Belgian Malt with nice fruity ester and medium peppery yeast. Taste is an exceptionally well balance mix between a solid Belgian malt backbone with great notes of fruity ester and light peppery yeast. Body is quite full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Triple is one of my favourite style and this is one is exceptionally well balance with sweetness not overwhelming the whole mix. Probably one of the best North American examples of the style.

Sugar, candy and a nice spicy finish. Really feels like candy on the lips. Some dried fruit and heavy on the malt. Not really cloying.
