Dark stout with a thin moka head. Light caramel and chocolate in aroma, very restrained, with nice vinous notes. In mouth, a nice tingly chocolate, fudge, and warming alcohol, with lingering bitterness, from the dark roasted malts. Rich and enticing, for a rainy fall day. On tap at bar, Sept. 3 2006.

A dark amber ale with a thin white head. Sweet candy malt with mineral notes comes out, with yeast, and bananas. In mouth, a sweet maple candy with candied orange peels, vanilla, pepper and smooth alcohol burn. Restrained yet vibrant. A nice surprise. On tap at bar, Sept. 3 2006.

A reddish dark amber ale, with ruby hues and a thin white head. Caramel malt with restrained c-hops, nice and floral. In mouth, a nicre caramel malt with sharp floral hop attack, lingering in mouth, piney, and typical grapefruit, with light alcohol warmth. Medium bodied, and well constructed. Deep black wit a thin nitro head, moka coloured. In aroma, a bitter chocolate and coffee comes out well, with light mineral notes. In mouth, a smooth chocolate malt with gypsum notes, roasted toast bitterness, creamy and balanced. On tap at bar, Sept. 3 2006.

Light hazy golden ale with a thick creamy white head. Light aroma of cloves and curacao. In mouth, a creamy malt, sweet, with more bananas and cloved, like a wit. Creamy mouthfeel. medium bodied. A very nice wit (if it was a wit...). On tap at bar, Sept. 3 2006. Rating 2400.

Light golden lager with a thin lacing white head. Light fresh grainy malt in aroma, with some light peppery notes.For a Helles, the hops come out at you, with their herbal quality. Very refreshing. In mouth, an excellent crisp grainy malt with nice classy saaz hops. Bod maintains order between the crisp hops and the biscuitty malt. Very smooth and pleasant. On tap at bar, Sept. 3 2006.
