Fairly clean, bright golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and some foamy lacing. A malty nose with some yeastiness, and hints of spicy Pils, grassiness, fruitiness. The herbal touch comes out in the taste, with a tad spiciness, a malty base and grassy hops. A crisp mouthfeel with decent dryness in the end, and mild tart left on the tongue. A nicely balanced Keller Pilsner with the sweet-spicy malts, and the grassy-herbal hoppiness, all being a refreshing lager.

A little haze, bright-light golden-yellow colour with a white cap, average stay and mild lace. Some nice orange juice nose, and almost punch drink scent, but not on the fake side. A touch of lime as well. All on the mild side, and the taste is even milder. The mouthfeel is on the lighter bodied side. Flavours of citrus and mineral notes. Not a bad Session NEIPA, that is milder than most, but good for a small break in between stronger beers.

Now showing West Coast IPA, at 5.5% ABV. Pours a slight haze, golden colour with a bubbly-froth head, average stay and some foamy lacing spots. Orangy aromas, lightly on the adjunt-fake side with tropical notes and some mild stone fruitiness. The same fruity touch in the flavours, with a slight off finish. An alright NEPA (not feeling the West Coast side), but feels a little unbalanced, or using the macro ingredients.

Taste: very pleasant, very fruity, peaches, apricot, gentle acidity, quite some bitterness, brett notes. Aftertaste: fruity, gentle bitterness, stonefruit, a hint of tropical fruits, a bit herbal, very pleasant, good stuff!

A solid, fluffy, well laced light tan head on a brown/black body. Nose has a soft blend of coffee, chocolate, toffee and citrus hops. Taste profile hits above its weight. Fresh ground coffee, cream, some chocolate and sweet dark berries. Oatmeal and roasted malt add depth and body. Molasses note helps round it out. A touch of acidity in the aftertaste works well too. Bien fait!

A light straw body with a big white head. A vibrant nose with banana, spice and acidity. The taste profile is exceptionally clean and refreshing. Banana, lemon, cinnamon, nutmeg and sweet bready malt work well with a strong carbonation and acidity to create a great summer witbier. I’ll be back for this one.

A pillowy white head on a golden straw body with very visible carbonation. The nose is a rich banana bread with malt and a touch of spiciness. The taste profile continues with the banana bread theme, chewy malt, some spice and pepper, orange and a hint of celery salt. Quite a dense body for a Weizen Bock but very refreshing at the same time.

A very tasty take on the Pilsner tradition. The body is a typical light gold colour with a pillowy white head. The nose offers up soft malt and a touch of citrus. There is a wide range of fruity hop flavours at work here - lemon, pineapple and a touch of orange. The malt is understated in relation to the hops when compared with traditional pilsners. Very tasty.
