Pours clear, dark blonde to amber. Scent is very intense, thick, full on apples. Highly dense. Taste is very full, apples, sweet, but with a good amount of fruitsourness as well. Intense on the (funky) green apple side. Appleskins as well. noticibly tart for the style, but it does work very well indeed.

2017 bottle. Clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is overripe pears, funk, leather, vanilla. Taste is brown williams pear, funky, dry af, ethanol, dusty dry. A bit overdone in terms of bone dryness. Silky mouthfeel with foamy-sparkly carbonation. A bit too much.

2016 bottle. Rosé color with white head. Aroma is funky apples, red berries too. Taste is cinnamon-y blackcurrant, funky apples, leathery, surprisingly dry finish considering this is supposedly medium dry. Foamy carbonation. Good!

ABV: 5.5%. Clear light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, dry, skin, hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, peel, apple skin, dry, hops. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20200111]
