Lightly boozy aroma, little sharp, lovely apple aroma. Taste is interesting! Coriander, sour cherries, tart but light sweetness. Very enjoyable. Apple pie.

375ml wired cork bottle from Ciderwinkel. Opened with a pop. Orangey gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of cinnamon, juicy apple. Taste is fruity apple, juicy, tangy, spiced, aniseed, vanilla with herbal earthy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry herby tannic finish with lingering cinnamon. Quite drinkable

(Bottle, 0.75 l - 2015 vintage - BB 01.06.2028, from Sip Tallinn, 20190907) The cider poured golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had apples, vanilla and lightly sourness. Palate was medium bodied with rather high carbonation. Flavours were apples, sourness, vanilla and light tartness. Aftertaste was dry and lightly tart. A decent dry but too fizzy cider.

Bottle at a tasting. Thin body and high carbonation. Overflowing with Christmas spices, loads of cinnammon, clove, star anise. Underlying moderate apple character. Quite good.
