TCBW2025. Purple colour, minor pink head. Aroma is fruity, some blueberries, mild toffee tones and a bit alcohol sweetness to it. Flavour is toffee, some alcohol sweetness, blueberries and mild wooden tones with some funk to it as well.

TCBW2025. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, some mild fruity and sweet fructose tones. Flavour is sweetish tart apples with some green apples as well. Nicely dry palate.

TCBW2025. Slightly hazy golden colour with a small white head, which disappears quite fast. Aroma is floral, some apples, mild rosehip and some quince. Flavour is sweetish tart apples, some quince, mild rosehip with a bit wood to it too. Fresh apple in aftertaste.

Pours clear blonde, small soap-like 'foam'. Scent is quince, apple, quite a sweet impression - but natural sweetness. Taste is surprisingly dry (!) and even slightly tart, not at all sweet. Quince definately has the upperhand. Mild carbonation over a slightly oily mouthfeel. For my own taste, this is to astrigent, but I do love the quince aroma and slight acidity. A nice replacer for a simple applejuice, bringing a lot more complexity.
