Sample@TCBW2023. Hazy yellow colour with a minor head, which vanishes quite quick. Aroma is green apples, some floral tones with a bit champagne like feel to it. Flavour is wooden, some green apples, mild herbal tones and some slight minerals to it. Nicely dry palate.

37,5cl bottle at home. Poured deep golden in color, no head really. Intense apple aroma, concentrate. sweet with plums and soaked dark fruits, some wood. Alcoholic warmth as well.

Can @home. Dorata limpida, schiuma bianca leggera, non molto persistente. Al naso note di mela e frutta a pasta bianca, leggero vinoso. In bocca è leggermente abboccata, con acidità presente ma non eccessiva, buon bilanciamento, astringenza quasi assente. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Non male davvero.

375ml bottle (2016). Pours a hazed, almost murky brownish pink, good spritz. Nicely sweet, but definitely showing its age after 8 years, caramelised fruit, distant leather, rose petals, red berries.. not bad for such an old cider.
