375ml bottle (2016) Clear deep gold appearance. Certainly dry and certainly has a few years under its belt. Some dust. Golden oily fruitiness carries through, lacks depth but generally decent.

Bottle. Dark amber. Oxidized apple, oak, sweet apple, floral, soft alcohol. Quite sweet, less sour. Full bodied. Nice.

Draught. Golden colour with a minor white head. Aroma is floral, some apples, mild fudgey tones with a bit of wood as well. Flavour is wood, some apples, mild fudgey elements with a bit earthy elements too.

TCBW2023 (Doux Dicer Methode Traditionelle). Very pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, mild fruits with some wood and a bit ripe apples too. Flavour is green apples, some mild floral and fruity tones, wood and some ripe sweet apples too. Refreshing and somewhat dry palate.

Draught@TCBW2023. Pale pinkish yellow colour with a tiny head, which goes away quite fast Aroma is rhubarb, some tart apple with mild wooden and some vanilla tones to it as well. Flavour is tart apples, with some apple jam, mild wood, rhubarb and some slight sweetness to it. Refreshing and a nice sipper thanks to a somewhat bold palate.
