Bottle, smallish bubbly head, hazy deep yellow to orange colour, aroma of vinous and turpentine notes, and a hint of yellow plums, mineral and yoghurt flavor with a strong fruity sourness and a vinous hint ,very dry. Nice and interesting.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy golden, very thin white head. Aroma: Vinuous, stone fruit. Taste: Vinuous, moderate to over moderate tartness, fruity notes of grape and stone fruit. Almost no carbonation. Medium body. Nice typical La Calavera beer.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Strawy, grassy aroma, hints of hemp, weed. Taste is grassy, slightly bitter hoppy, hints of hemp, weed, no sweetness.
Watery texture, smooth, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Quite restricted, grassy, not with really consecrated with appealing flavours - meh!

Beer balancers are amazing - the patience it takes. This is part rum BA saison, whiskey BA saison, red wine BA "Belgian-style" whatever that means, and 10% fresh saison. Tastes very smooth and balanced, not at all overpowering from the spirits. Lovely.

Bottle at home, koszi Panni! Nose is miced berries, some light funk, maaybe a hint of rum, tannins. Taste is also fruity, moderately sour, some funk comes through, rum as well but moderately so, in the background. Light bodied with soft carbo.
