Growler share with Frank.
The appearance was a semi-dark brown color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that softened to some light stringy lace.
The aroma had a nice blend of sweet and roasty malts - slight nuts, some cocoa powder. Light vanilla ever so slight in the background.
The flavor leans towards the sweetness of the blend of the previously mentioned aromas. Slides nicely together in the aftertaste and finish.
The feel was about medium bodied, maybe a touch under with a good sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation and the ABV felt good.
Overall, nice brown ale that I wish I could get again.

This was poured into a mug.
The appearance was a dark brown close to black color with a nice finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Mild spider web lace.
The aroma had some milk chocolate, dark chocolate, Baker’s chocolate, a touch of vanilla bean and a gentle roasty coffee bean.
The flavor smoothly brings together the previously mentioned aromas flowing nicely between the roast and the sweet. Some sweet grains. Low key sweetness smooths out the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Mild carbonation. Smooth creamy feel along my tongue.
Overall, very nicely done Irish dry stout that I would have again if I could.

The aroma blends some dried cocoa powder across some caramel and nutty malts. Some butterscotch and toffee plays in the background. Crisp semi-sweet biscuity malts and then some grassy hops.
