11/07/2013 Bir&Fud (tap). Bruna, molto torbida, schiuma beige-cappuccino molto abbondante e persistente. Al naso sentori di cacao e vaniglia, malto, zucchero di canna, leggero sentore di metallico che pian piano va amplificandosi. In bocca è una belgian strong ale abbastanza classica ma un po’ sbilanciata sul dolce, cioccolatosa, la vaniglia risulta stucchevole alla lunga. Corpo medio-pieno, carbonazione media. Non in perfette condizioni, andrebbe rifinita.

04/0572013 La Tana (tap). Ambrata carica, abbastanza torbida, schiuma bianco sporca abbondante e discretamente persistente. Al naso sentori agrumati ed erbacei, note di malto evidenti. In bocca è amara come il fiele, erbacea con finale astringente e note quasi di radice. Corpo medio, superiore alle attese, carbonazione media. Andrebbe rifinita un po’.

05/04/2013 On tap @ Spring Beer Festival 2013. Dorata paglierino, appena torbida, schiuma bianca crespa, discreta, moderatamente persistente. Al naso malto e luppolo si sposano abbastanza bene, sentori di lieviti, note fruttate. In bocca ha una discreta beva, sembra un po’ sottotono, non pulitissima, delude un po’ le attese. Corpo leggero, carbonazione abbondante. Mi aspettavo di più.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, dusty hops, grass.
