Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow with a small, creamy white head. The nose has basic dried pale biscuits, inklings of grass and dirty hay. Light sweet flavour with more simple biscuits, husky grains, grass, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Well balanced finish, with more grass and hay and dried biscuits. Very nice.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow-gold with a tight, creamy white head. Crispy pale grains and cereal in the nose, grass and straw. Light sweet flavour with spot-on grassy bitterness, crisp cereal and pale bread, nips of lemon rind, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Well balanced finish, with more crispy pale bread, biscuits, grass and straw. Excellent pils.

Pours a clear dark amber color with a medium thick light beige head that recedes gradually to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, hops and fruit. Light to medium body with flavors of roasted nuts, caramel malt and mild hops. The finish is sweet with a roasty malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

The smell is of bready malt and quite a bit of fruity notes.
