Shaker pint draft at Avanti in Denver, Colorado. The pour is hazed golden brown with a well built one inch white head. The aroma is fresh cereal grain, softly sweet nuttiness, with some toasted spiced rye. Engaging nose. The taste is smooth blend of the cereal grain, sweet nut bread malt and the spiced rye softly complementing the beer. The palate is medium bodied with active carbonation and a clean finish. Nice subtle use of the Rye.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of biscuit and bread with a bit of grass and some sweet grains. Flavor is bread and grain forward with a bit of biscuit in the finish as well as a hint of grass.
