We are a family owned & ecologically managed orchard overlooking Lake Champlain in Shoreham, Vermont. As one of the oldest continuously operating orchards in Vermont, we take pride in growing over 100 varieties of apples, as well as peaches, pears, plums, cherries, nectarines, and berries. Can at home. Light yellow and some cloudy sediment. Nose is funky and tart apple. Tastes of nice tart Kingston apples (seems a great varietal for cider), some cheese, white wine, grass, pear. Crisp and some fruit on finish. Dry of course. My type of cider!

Pours pale yellow into a shaker. No head. MacIntosh aromas. Sweet and dry with apple pie upfront turning to mild maple and crust in the lasting finish. Sweetest of the Champlains, but still fewer grams than most ciders.

750ml bottle pours a clear, cherry red with a ring of white head. Nose is interesting, some apple, but alot more, red pear, some strawberry, Rose', some dried cherry or currant. Flavor hits with the crab apple and tartness, lemon, under ripe apple, white berry, a little Rooibos tea. FInishes medium bodied, medium-high acid. Pretty unique.
