We are a family owned & ecologically managed orchard overlooking Lake Champlain in Shoreham, Vermont. As one of the oldest continuously operating orchards in Vermont, we take pride in growing over 100 varieties of apples, as well as peaches, pears, plums, cherries, nectarines, and berries. We are careful stewards of our land and grow our fruit following strict Eco Apple requirements while striving to minimize our carbon footprint and sustainably contribute to our community.
Our ORCHARD-MADE cider is crafted from fruit grown with a conscience, in beautiful and pristine Vermont. Our cidery is located at Champlain Orchards, a family-owned and ecologically-managed orchard overlooking Lake Champlain. Every single apple in our hard ciders is pressed, fermented, and crafted at our orchard. This makes for a quality, local product that is fresh, crisp and deliciously drinkable.

Haven’t had a cider in a bit, I assumed this was a varietal I hadn’t heard of but alas it’s infused with Tuscan flavors. Rosemary is interesting I’m not sure I decide which way I lean on it. Hold pour fairly clear. Few bubbles to start but flattens. Nose is herbal and appley. Tastes rosemary and honey and. Orange peel is light. Apple flavors present but not thick. Semi sweet and smooth bodied.

355ml can from Stowe Public House & Bottle Shop. Clear, pale appearance. Moderately sweet aroma. Clean oily mouth feel, not picking out much maple syrup but it's a decent sweet dry cider overall.

355ml can @ our cabin in the woods, Stowe. Pale yellow appearance. Sweet apple fruit aroma. Quite sweet overall, with soft floral tones, a touch syrupy at times, but nicely clean and drinkable. Not bad.

Pours clear celadon-tinged gold into a snifter. No head. Tart apple and mild citrus aromas. Dry with sweet apple and white grape front to back. Mild, dry citra in the abrupt finish.

12oz can from my wife's trip up east. Clear, pale, bubbly, generic gold. Zero smell. Too cold? Nothing. Tart, clean, sour plum, snappy, very slight honey, bitter finish. Well carbed, very acidic, watery, very light booziness. Easy, but boring.

Feel like I’ve been neglecting ciders as of late. Clearish colored good amounts of bubbles. Nose is tart and white wine. Tastes of nice tart crab apples, earthy, vinous, quite acidic little sweetness

Pours bright clear deep ruby into a tulip. No head whatsoever. Apple, citrus and grape aromas. Sharp with apple and grape skin upfront turning to earthy seeds in the sweet, medium length finish.

Can at home. Light yellow and some cloudy sediment. Nose is funky and tart apple. Tastes of nice tart Kingston apples (seems a great varietal for cider), some cheese, white wine, grass, pear. Crisp and some fruit on finish. Dry of course. My type of cider!
