16 oz can purchased at TC Craft Beer, Wine, and Spirits in New Hope, Minnesota. Canned 0715. The pour is a lightly hazed golden yellow with a two inch rocky egg white head. The aroma is floral along with a dusty grassiness. The taste is the floral primarily, along with some mineral and earth soft sweet in the back. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation, mineral, earth and more floral in the finish. Decent.

Tap at Big Wood. Smoked is one of those styles I will always order because they are so rare and when done well, so good. This is not comparable to anything out of Bamberg but it does have a mild, nice smoke aroma. Rye in the flavor, and very dry and bitter. Low carbonation. Copper color.
