500ml bottle from Cideronline, as Broome Farm Cyder, Dry Still Cider. 5.0% vol, Dymock Red & Court Royal, batch C50 17. Golden colour, no head and tangy apple aroma. Taste is fruity apple, some apple skin, with light barnyard funk and some earthy drying tannins. Slightly watery mouthfeel, light bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

75cl bottle. No wonder there's a dull headache. Appearance - golden yellow. Gently carbonation. Nose - fresh red apples. Light straw. Taste - stewed apples and apple skin. Some toasty oak in there too. Palate - low carbonation dry and tangy. Overall - good.

Taste is tangy apple, fruity, bittersweet, with leathery barnyard funk, wood and drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tart, tangy fruity, fleshy apple, some gooseberry, citric, zesty with funky brett notes and drying acidity. Medium bodied, medium slightly spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Refreshing, nicely drinkable.
