330ml bottle. Pours a deep amber, some floating sediment, beige head. Aroma of herbs and spices, dried fruits, caramel. Taste of dried fruits, caramel, herbal/spicy, candi sugar, light earthy, lightly sweet with a touch of hop bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied.

Pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of malts, yeast, fruits, coriander. Taste is medium sweet. Pretty noticeable carbonation. This is a very welcome new Trappist, will definitely drink again.

Bottle from a local supermarket. Aroma is brown and dark malt with raisin, plenty of spicy notes, yeast, candy sugar, caramel, clove, and dried fruits. Sweet flavour with some balanced bitterness in the finish. Body is medium and mildly overcarbonated. Nice Quad, gets the job done style-wise.

Аромат легкий но приятный, немного фруктовый, в меру сладкий, сухофрукты, преимущественно сухофрукты. Цвет желто мутный, пена среднее не очень красивая для траппистского пива. Вкус хороший для трипеля, хорошо ощущается апельсиновая корка, легкие ноты специй. Послевкусие сухое, слегка хмелевое, легкая фруктовая горчинка. В целом неплохой Трапист.

Аромат слегка алкогольный, на аромат пиво очень пряное, также есть нотки винограда и сливы с намеками на изюм и йогуртные нотки, вообще оно имеет нотки коньяка. Цвет полутемный, прозрачный, легкий осадок, пенка кремовая, пышная. На тело пиво не плотное несмотря на убойные 10 градусов. Ощущается много сладких ноток от солода. Легкая карамель, снова много пряностей с намеками на древесность и суховрукты. При глотке легкая кислинка, уже больше винограда и сливы с хмелевой составляющей, горчинки нет а вот терпкость имеется. Очень сложное пиво на вкус если честно, как итог весьма статное.

330ml bottle. Pours a dark brown with lots of floating sediment, beige head. Aroma of dried fruits, spices, mild banana esters, toasty bready malt. Taste of dried/dark fruits, spices, toasty bready malts, light earthy, a little banana, sugar, not as sweet or as rich as I expected and finishes somewhat dry. Medium-full bodied.
