Tap at local fair. Golden color creamy head. Flavor clean malt lots of grass, hops, some dirt. Solid, soft carb, intense bitter .

Sample. Almost clear mahogany colour, small head. Aroma of tart grapes and caramel. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Brown sugar, rose water and dextrose. Low bitterness.

Cask at the place. Dark brown color creamy offwhite to tan head fading after a while. Flavor kind of fruity with berries, earth, leaves, a citrusy note. Thin body flattish taste, finish has toffee and toasted notes.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy and light yeasty aroma. Light bitter slightly acetic not nice flavor. Average lght bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Cloudy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, candy sugar and yeasty. Flavor is very sweet. Sweet finish with a minor unclean note. 040425

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di luppolo, agrumato e frutta tropicale. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è molto elevata e la durata è buona e duratura. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate e inducono a bevuta compulsiva. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia amara e ananas.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medie. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è moderato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di agrumi, acetico, mela ed erbe aromatiche.
