Il naso riconosce segni di speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è medio e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia rossa, sour, vaniglia e torta di limone.

Tap at the brewery. Golden bright color, clear, big bubbly head lacing. An acidic note on the nose. Clean pilsener malts grass notes and a noticeable.acidic edge. Taste is quite bitter, sourish. Medium body, souris finish with a juicy leftover, dry.

Tap at the brewery. Clear red brownish color with a solid tan head. Flavor super juicy with roasted malts and ripe fruir, fig, raisins, backed with a solid citrusy hops presence, resiny, notesn of spruce and herbs. Taste has quite a punch unexpectedly, smooth upfront with a serious bitter and citric twist, also a prominent alcohol sweep. Medium body soft carbonation. Finish ia juicy, mild tart. Neat ale.

Tap at the brewery. Pale color light haze fading fine white head. Flavor of wit style, spiced maybe coriander,herbs, light bready, light fruity, very citrusy. Light body average carbonation dry tatrt finish.

14 September 2020. At Santa Maria Craft Pub, Verona. Shared with the lovely Anke! Hazy yellow with a lasting, thin, frothy, white head. Aroma of lime, wheat, clove, vague mint, white pepper, cold pasta sauce, thyme perhaps. Taste has sour lime & lemon, sweetish apple with bitter hints of herbs & clove in a yoghurty, bready malty body. Floral hoppy finish, wheaty, spicy with more lime. Mango remains all but hidden. Medium body, slick-soapy texture, average carbonation. Not entirely my thing but it's well-made.

Bottle. Dark orange amber color, short fine white head. Smell is resiny and fruity. Flavors of mango, pineapple and apricot, hints of ginger and spices, bitter orange. More sugar than malt, juices, taste is sweet. Some grapefruit-bitterness balance but definitely on the sweet side. Body is medium, carbonation very low. Finish long, fruity. Relatively light despite all of this. Not really 'double' ipa in its classic definition, a juiced up one.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy yellow color, almost no head. Fuity smell quite pungent actually. Flavor of lemon zest, light malts, starch, marmelade, yeast, fruit, flour. Taste is tart, oily texture, quite boozy. Light hops, most citrus. Soft carbonation, slick palate, kinda heavy, burning fuel notes of perfume/essence. Funny

Murky pale color big creamy white head perfumed. Aroma of blueberry, candy, light pale malts and syrup backed with something juicy i guess is the lactose. Very funny one, juicy, sweet and juicy, lol.
