Tap at the place. Clear golden color bubbly white head fair persistence. Light malt profile, herbal botes of nint nettle flowes citrus. Light body strong carbonation clean tart finish, refreshing.

Tap at the place. Deep red color clear thin yellowish head. Flavor of berries, grapes, rotren fruit, wine, burnt sugar as caramel. A strong lemon note for a relatively strong sourness overall. Taste is fermented fruit, acidic, pungent, spent malt, juice, currant. Sensible ABV, pugent sour finish while the body is overall light to medium on a soft carbonation.

Cask at the place. Clear amber color yellowish foamy head. Flavor is on the fruity and floral tones with a nutty edge, somewhat caramel and peanuts as malt profile. Light body, flattish taste with a bit of sourness, slightly citrus in the finish, some mud. Natural to flat carbonation clean finish with a leftover of almond.

Tap at the brewery. Clear golden color, solid white head. Flavor solid malts, light biscuit, sharp dry hopping, intense hops resin, crisp mineral body, refreshing, relatively solid, intensely bitter and aromatic.

Bottle, 330 ml at Johnny's Place, Rome. Hazy orange with medium white head. Caramel, malty, ripe fruit, marmalade, lots of sweetness. Medium bodied. Way too sweet for me.

Al naso arrivano impressioni di speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media e c'è anche una punta moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina e di birra impegnativa causa peperoncino, comunque sopportabile. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di frutta secca, resina, agrumi, limone, lime, peperoncino e cannella.
