Bottle poured and split. Pours a clear pear color with no head. Subtle hops and sweet apple aroma. Hops balance out the apple sweetness very well. Makes for a very nice, easy drinking cider. Nice!

650 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a thin white head that fades rather fast. Aroma has apples, but dominates of pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices like Cinnamon, clove and some light ginger. Flavor is medium sweet apple, pumpkin, ripe melon and lots of pumpkin pie spices like aroma. Body feels balanced and the aftertaste is filled with pumpkin pie. Normally I don’t like experimental ciders, I want my cider clean, no hops, no nonsense – but I have to admit that this one works. Pretty interesting and fun.

650 ml bottle. Clear straw-golden body with lively carbonation and a medium sized white head that disappears almost immediately. Aroma has wood, yeast, hay and some green hops where the apples starts in the background but becomes a bit more pronounced after a while. Flavor is fruity apples, quite much grassy hops, yeast and some kind of bitterness that’s remind me of eating older hop pellets – ie more grassy and wood and less fruity or floral. Medium body and slightly harsh bitter aftertaste. Definitively drinkable and interesting, but as this is my first hoppy cider I don’t really know what to expect. I was looking forward to some more fruity hops here. Have to try some other ciders in this style.

12 oz bottle. Clear, pale golden body with practically no head and “champagne style carbonation”. Nice fruity aroma of both fresh apples and pears with a hint of yeast. Flavor is medium sweet, mild apple and smooth pear with a faint touch of yeast. Medium body and fruity aftertaste that feels both sweet and tart with a slightly fruity acidic finish. Quite straight forward, easy to drink, not complex thirst quencher.

Bottle. An almost clear one, pale yellowish golden body under some off-white head. The aroma is rather hoppy, with citrus and pine cones. Grapefruit and some peaches. There’s apples too, with some baked apple notes. The apples are more evident in the flavor, but there’s still quite a lot of pine cones and citrus peel. It’s medium bodied and semi-dry, with a nice carbonation. Lasting finish with a nice blend of apples and citrusy, piney hops. Quite decent this one. 150724
