Bottle. An almost clear one, pale yellowish golden body under some off-white head. The aroma is rather hoppy, with citrus and pine cones. Grapefruit and some peaches. There’s apples too, with some baked apple notes. The apples are more evident in the flavor, but there’s still quite a lot of pine cones and citrus peel. It’s medium bodied and semi-dry, with a nice carbonation. Lasting finish with a nice blend of apples and citrusy, piney hops. Quite decent this one. 150724

Bottle, 65cl. More or less clear in the glass, with an off-white head. Looks like there’s no carbonation. The aroma has a nice blend of apples and raspberry, but nothing that triggers my interest. Raspberry and a touch of apples, apple cores and grass in the flavor. Medium body and a bit heavy carbonation. Long raspberry finish with some apples. Refreshing and easy drinkable, but sort of too much. 150724

Sampled from the tap at the Hop Shop. Pours a clear very pale gold a with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a nice rich apple with a bit of bitter hops and acid coming through. Flavor has much more of a mealy apple with some earthiness and a bit of bitterness.

Bottle shared by Bruce, and enjoyed with Dad and the wife. Clear deep golden color without much of a head. Nice apple aromas as well as lots of pie spices. I vacillate between thinking of apple pie and pumpkin pie while I’m drinking this. Nice cider, very clean and easy drinking.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks zvikar. Very pale golden, white-wine-like color. Aroma of green apples, a sulphur note and a citric perfumy hoppy note, a bit stale. Sourish and very dry flavor of green apples, a bit of vinous, with an astringent finish with a bit of bitterness. Interesting.
