Bottle. Pours clear very pale yellow with no head, very faint apple aroma, medium carbonation, mildly sour apple taste, thin body, medium finish. Not very flavorful.

650 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 6%. Pink to red colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Pleasant aroma of sour cherries and apples, hints of marzipan. The flavour is sweet and sour, again with notes of sour cherries and apples, hints of almonds / marzipan. The finish becomes too sweet.

355 ml bottle, as Doc's Draft Pear Hard Apple Cider, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Extremely pale yellow colour, pours moderately sparkling. Moderate aroma of apples and pears, hints of leather and sulphites. Medium sweet flavour of apples and pears. Okay.

Large bottle from Binny’s Oak Brook. Served with Thanksgiving dinner. Smell is decent, with just a thin note of apple, not overly sweet. Pours with a nice fizz. Taste is pretty fair, a decent light apple taste, and not overly sweet, thanks to the dry hopping. A whole bottle might end up overly sweet, and there is a note of sulfates, it seems. But it’s a good dinner cider.

0,65 flaske fra helsekosten i Straensenteret, delt med Ovesen etter endt brygging: klar, lys gylden uten skum. Spennende og apetittvekkende aroma av gresskar og krydder (kanel, ingefær og muskat), og smaken er minst like god. Fyldig, frisk og annerledes. Mersmak i tillegg.
