On tap. Pours with a clear, pale hue with no head. Aromas are of sulfur, sugar, pear, sweet candy, mild earthy notes. Flavors are cloyingly sweet, sticky pear, mild acidity, esters, and a slight earthy phenol. Sweetened and bland. Lively bubbles, a bit sticky, mildly cloying. A touch of funky earth. Bad.

looked like sprite on the poor. Scent was straight pear. Very sugary which was expected. It was less acidic then most of the ciders I’ve had. The best overall Pear cider I’ve had.

Bottle from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours pale gold with transient white bubbles. Nice aroma of fresh "yellow" apples. It’s spritzy and lightly sweet, followed by some fresh apple (like having a piece of ripe GD in the mouth), and then it gets a touch of skin. If this is based on red apples, they certainly kept the skin to a light touch. Clean and refreshing. Not exactly complex tho.

Bomber from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours clear and colorless with transient white bubbles. Aroma seems a blend of apple and pear skin. Very clean. I think the apples dominate. Perhaps just the slightest hint of sugar; quite dry. Finishes with lightly bitter mixed skin.

Smells of applesauce from a jar, with cherry undertones. Clear yellow, sparkling. Good balance of sweet and tart with a sour ketchup finish. A little funked up, but rather enjoyable.

Crisp pear aroma with a light sweet apple undercurrent. Virtually colorless and clear, with consistent streams of carbonation. More sweet than tart, but fairly well balanced. Clean and well done, but not noteworthy.
