Thanks Ryan for sharing the bottle! Poured into a wineglass showing inky, oily thick black with very sparse white foam lacing. The nose shows an intense bell pepper and used coffee ground forwardness. The palate is full bodied and lightly carbonated. Flavour is black coffee mixed with fine dark chocolate. Well mixed, perfectly balanced, and intense throughout.

750mL. Pale with light hazy. Very floral and perfume. No funk all well done you yeastiness. A light but thick biscuit malt. A moderate lemongrass and light lavender. Just a soft herbal thickness on it. Mouthfeel has a bit of a sprinkle and punch in carbonation. Low bitter but flower petals with a bit a lemongrass and a faint pear ester. Pretty fantastic especially for 4%.

Draft at Cellar. Thick haze, can’t see through it. Perfectly served temperature and lasting foamy head. Lacing sticks around. Aroma is light airy peach, soft funk, a little tartness coming off, and a generally prickly feel. Flavor has a lot more tartness than expected. Hits you and dries you out a bit. A little dry paper maltiness, tart fruit skins and fresh cut hay. Very interesting for stainless steel compared to their oak offerings.

Shared by Chris, A beer making fun of another brewery, love it! Thicker malt with light tropical fruit, which I guess maybe is passionfruit. No bitterness. Not sure where this is going, not enough fruit and not enough hop and full pale.
