Bottle from the lcbo. Black pour, with a dark mocha head. Quite a roasty nose, but I can’t find any orange peel or coriander. The aroma is quite sweet also, with a distinct Belgian dubbel Metallica, mineral dry malts aroma. The finish is quite dry, lightly bitter with nice semi sweet roasty notes. A cross between a dubbel and a stout. Roasty, yet malty and dry.

not much going on here, the aroma is quite muted. Light roasted nuts, some light grains. no spices or hops. The finish is again, almost mute. light grains, some light nutiness.....very boring.

Upfront citrucy hops, tropical fruit, light malts, but no pineapple yet. The flavor is a medium bitter, and as the beer warms the pineapple is more evident. The finish is bitter but not over powering, a good session beer. The hops are there but they dont seem to trash my palette.

A golden saison with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light mineral notes, light fruity esters, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light cherry juice, light banana esters, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at brewery.

Enjoyed at my first visit at the brewery in April 2023. Hazy golden-amber, with a light beige head and good lacing. Light chocolate malt nose, blended with straw ones. Taste of mild red ale, with fruitiness, hints of coconut and a herbal finish. A nice drying finish in the mouthfeel. A refreshing reddish beer with still enough hops to cut dry.

Clean, golden-amber colour with a warm light-beige head that is frothy, long lasting and leaves a few lacing spots. The spices come out instantly in the nose with more ginger over the cinnamon, and the base of fruity malts. The taste is fruitier than spicy - kind of watered down. A bit of the spices linger on the tongue. Gets a little hazy as it pours. Almost more of a light amber ale with a touch of spice.
