750 mL bottle from Franklin’s General Store in Hyattsville, MD, opened 3/29/11. Pours a hazy orange color with a large white head. Good head retention and decent lacing. Aroma of citrus hops with some leafy notes. The taste is bitter piney, resiny hops with a bit of citrus. Some very faint malts in the finish. Medium bodied.

Bottle courtesy of dkachur on 01/15/2011 at the 13th Richmond Gathering. Clear dark black body with a small frothy off-white head. Big oatmeal aroma with some roast notes. Sweet oatmeal, light chocolate and roast flavor. Medium light body with moderate carbonation.

22oz bottle @RBSG-pours a white head and gold color. Aroma is pine/grassy, secondary light malt. Taste is pine/grassy hops, secondary light malt.

500ml bottle at the DC tasting. Pretty bad garbage aroma. The taste isn’t as bad as the aroma. Sugary, decent effervescence. Sweet, odd lemon sour finish. Pretty bad.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and solid hoppy. Bitter and citrusy. Bitter, soapy and grapefruity to pinewood. Dry and bitter finish.

Bottled. Light grass aroma. Salty oysterlike to balance the grassy hops. Kind of like miso soup, sea weed - weird. Light body. mhhhhh
