U0C breakfast club 6.9 Clear, laminated gold body. Smell is very faint spices & yeast. The easiest way to describe it is that the taste is nutty with a dash of spice. Like walnuts & faint cinnamon. Body is thin, drying, mild carbonation. Clean. Tasty & easy, but very uninspired.

On tap at Urban Orchard. Chubby tulip glass. Pale, opaque, straw-colored cider. Smells incredibly "green", like chilis, with a very faint apple backing. Taste is initially sweet everyday apples, followed by a watermelon juice, which is hard to describe beyond that. Middle on in it starts heating up, never going beyond a lingering, mellow burn. Tiny bit of grass. Watermelon stays somewhat constant, & is natural. Better than the original Diablo.

On tap at Urban Orchard. Pale straw, opaque, almost gray body. Yeasty, banana esters nose. Taste is ridiculously dry. Tart, citrus rind, ginger ether, crazy tannic, winesque finish. Tasty.

On tap @ Urban Orchard. Pink & purple colored brew. Smell is faintly of blueberries, skin & yeasties. Tastes of earthy berries, heavy tannins, saline & yeast. Tart, deathly dry finish. Best one today. Thanks

On tap at Urban Orchard. Opaque, cranberry-colored brew. Smells of cranberry orange seltzer. Like it. Obvious cranberry, juice box apple, faintly carbed, very dry & tart light all around. Soft flavors. Quafable, inoffensive but the apples need some complexity.

On tap at the cidery. Classic golden brew, with a slight haze. Smell is apple wine with a dash of orange and honey. Bittersweet & slightly tart. Obvious apricot juice that doesn't overshadow the base cider. Almost spicy with zest. Strong acid. Thin body. Low carb. House juice is a little simple, but the ingredients work well together.

12oz pilsener glass pour at the brewery. Smells of mellow golden apples and soft, refreshing green melon rind. Taste is of juicy watermelon rind & tart apple juice. Slight rind bitterness which I find a nearly perfect parallel to a citrusy dry hop in a beer. Moderate carbonation. Great watermelon flavor that supasses just about any other watermelon beer or cider. Really good.

12oz pilsner glass pour from the brewery. Clear, pale gold body. No detectable mango scent. Smells of creamy/yeasty apples. Slight dankness & cigarette butts on the first slurp. It then turns into creamy apple & mild green grapes. Just okay.

12oz pour @ the cidery. Pils glass. Clear, pale golden color. Dry, spritzy, core-y scent. Taste is half tart, moderately sweet, with obvious champagne yeasty notes. Dry, dusty finish, leaving a dusty & slightly sweet tart essence. Decent, but no real English presence.

6oz pour from the cidery. Stubby water glass on the sampler plate. Pale gold as all the rest. Dry, dusty, white wine, indifferent sort of scent. Soft green grape sweetness, not quite winey though. Dusty, chalky finish reminiscent of most wine yeasts. Just okay.
