750 ml waxed bottle. Aroma is honey, vanilla, coriander is there, but faint. Pours clear golden with no foam. Taste is sweet and boozy with flavors of honey, vanilla, light coriander.

750ml (keister aged by Alex since 2016) @ Ryan's. Appearance: clear copper. Aroma: honey, brown sugars, a bit fruity and woody. Taste: low to moderately sweet, tannic, a bit dry. Overall: ok.

Wild. The smell doesn't align with the taste at all. Smells like over fermented apples. Tastes like an apple cider, cinnimon, dry, and its a bit carbonated. Dryness likely comes from the red wine mix. Very interesting mead

Dry grass/hay, maple, and honey aroma. Medium brown. Very sweet maple, honey, and mildly bitter herbal dry hay flavor. Good body. Mild alcohol finish.
