Ein Mitbringsel meiner Tante von einer Pensionsten -Reise nach Rügen 🏖️.
Obwohl es nict aus Belgien kommt, fand ich es wirklich toll und achön zu trinken.
Ein klassisches Dubbel, gereift in der Flasche, das nicht zu hart ist und dabei aber wunderbar aromatisch 😋 mit feinen Noten von Karamell 🥯 und Gewürzen.
Kann man wirklich sehr empfehlen 😽.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a tiny, white head. Very discreet lemon aroma. Thinnish body, cardboard and wort accents atop some lightly sweet lemonade. No bitterness. Meh. 091025

opalesent pale yellow colour, large, dense and quite stable ecru-ish white head; aroma of lemony-lemon zesty, yeasty, hay, some wheaty and (unripe) fruity notes; taste has similar notes to the aroma with definite floral hoppy notes; good one!

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque amber with a lacing, off-white head. Yeasty aroma, distinct wort. Medium body, sweet wort, a buttery note with a hint of tartness and a decent bitterness. 051025

Bottle 50cl. poured into a weizen glass. Cloudy pale yellow golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, banana, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet, light bitter, malty, yeast, banana, faint spices. Medium body, more oily than creamy texture, prickly mouthfeel, soft carbonation, grainy sweetbitter aftertaste, average weizen, nice.

Best before 07/24, bottle coming from Amstein, St-Légier. Drinking it in my hotel room after a massive delay from Geneva to Paris. Good and enjoyable ipa, really smooth and malty, fruity, typical note of sorachi giving a sour and spicy note, green tea, 23.12.24
