330ml bottle. Pours jet black with a medium head. Aroma is dusty, woody, beefy roast. Taste has beefy roast and blackcurrant to start. Beefy, yeasty roast finish.

Cloudy golden orange with a foamy head. Grain, malt, minerals, some stone fruit, bread. Mild dryness, grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry grainy finish. A solid unfiltered Helles, less abv would have been nice (5.3 abv is not ideal for a Helles). Quite similar to their Pilsner as well, but with less grassy hops.

Slightly unclear golden with a creamy head. Grassy, zesty, citrusy, strawy and bready. Hoppy zesty bitterness. Light bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty grassy hoppy bitter finish. A good Pilsner, not much Northern German character though.

Rate 3.6, best before 07/24, from Amstein, St-Légier, drinking it two days ago, at Epalinges with my son ill, typical sour beer, dry, mineral, sour, a bit rough at the palate, salty, normal bitterness at the final, ok with these hot days.

From Amstein, best before 07/24, drinking it two days ago, at home, Epalinges, nothing special, not really an ipa, I could say, a kind of helles or ale, malty with some basic bitter, too malty for the style, a bit light, yeasty, correct but not an ipa.

From Amstein, best before 05/24, opening this bottle.yesterday at night, good pizza and nice saison for your lips, classical, smooth, malty, subtle sweetness, fruity, classical bitterness, full body, touch of sugar, interesting.

Gold with a foamy, white head. Yeasty and banana-like aroma with a hints of bandages and wine vinegar. Taste is mildly sweet, faint tart, finishing much the same with lingering dough on the tongue, and dankness and bandage on the nose. Medium bodied, highly carbonated. Definitely past its freshness, although many months from the best date. Underwhelming.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head- Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Fizzy oily palate.

33cl bottle from M/S Megastar. Pours clear golden with a white head. Surpisingly yeasty aroma at first, almost unpleasant. After resting a bit in the glass it's more like a sparkling white wine, still a bit yeasty, but more balanced and fairly enjoyable. Moderate sweet with a dry finish. Interesting and fairly enjoayble.
