500ml bottle. Opalescent, dark chesnut colour with ruby shimmer and average to huge, super dense, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, pale sulphureous head. Slightly toasty, grainy, minimally nutty, malty and minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, hints of Brazil nut, spelt. Taste is minimally toasty and nutty, caramel malty and mildly bitter, resinous and piney hoppy, some caramel, pine, a touch of chestnut, red berries.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, clean, relatively light, not overly Bock-ish - quite nice.

Thanks Jojo. Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is toffee, toast and mild chocolaty and coffee tones. Flavour is toffee, toasted, mild chocolate and coffee as well. Mild cardamom in the finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing, white head. Dusty apple aroma. Medium body, soft carbonation. Slightly tart, slightly sweet apple notes but not all that distinct. Closely related to your typical German Apfelwein. 030226

Nearly clear golden, lasting white head. Malty aroma, slightly doughy with mild herbal and slightly earthy hops. Malty flavour, malty sweetness, a touch of yeast and mild herbal hoppy bitterness. Quite drinkable as it should be.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and banana, with touches of yeast. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast, with notes of banana and touches of hops. Sourish, grainy aftertaste with touches of bitternes and malty hints. Reasonable for the style.

Bottle, 5.6%. Dusty aroma, hint of malts. Weak fruit notes. Hazy dark golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour has a little banana, but is also slightly watery. Especially the finish is a little thin. An average Hefeweizen, if you ask me.
