Bottle @ Glam Cafe, Dubrovnik. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, little nuts snd hops. Dry roasty finish.

Aroma of dry roasted coffee, hints of dark chocolate. Decent head and darker ruby body. Flavour is modest roasted barley and little else. Kind of watery, could use more body. Adequate and refreshing but needs more to be interesting.

6.4% alk. A ono IPA je, ali malo pregruba. Previše se osjeti gorčina i nikakav drugi okus. Neinteresantno pivo kojem je glavna karakteristika gorčina.

Bottle, 750 ml, courtesy of JFK10000. Shared with him and Max. Pours hazy orange, medium white head. Strong truffels in aroma, malty, yeasty, bitterish finish. Lot less truffles in flavor. I’m not fan of truffles, but once I get past the unpleasant truffles aroma this is a solid beer. Way better than Istarsko Tartuf.

0.33 l bottle from Kaufland, Središće, Zagreb. Murky dark golden, small lasting off-white head. Moderately hoppy, fruity: orange, peach, zest, toasty malts. Lightly bitter. Medium body, light finish. Not as bad as I thought.

Bottle 0.5l. Almost clear, pale gold colored. AROMA- malty, flowery. FLAVOR- smooth, slightly sweet, lightly bitter, malty, noble hops, yeast. Medium bodied.

Bottle from the brewery, thanks MIlić! Misty red-amber body with an off white head. Malty aroma with distinct spicy notes - I figured it was ginger more than cinnamon though.. .who knows. Well carbonated, prickly body, gingerish spices mixing with a clean maltiness. I mean... okay, this is hardly a world beater, but it's remarkably clean for a San Servolo and a sold winter beer.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy deep copper pour, one finger frothy off-white head. Very good retention, long lasting and leaving good thick lacing on the glass. Nose somewhat... empty and mild. Grainy, malty. Some citrus notes, mostly grapefruit. Thin to medium body. Somewhat aggressive carbonation. Light and prickly palate. Taste is mildly bitter but somewhat harsh and off-balance. Paired with aroma that pretty much follows the nose - empty and bland. Malts, grains, herbs. Peppery. A bit cardboard. Some citrus. Dry mouthfeel, long bitter finish. Overall, quite generic and empty. Unbalanced brew, pretty much all over the place. Disappointed with this one.
