Bottle. Pours orange with white head. Nose/taste of yeast, fresh nectarine, lemon, light grass and white sugar. Medium body. Finishes with lots of lemon, orange and some yeast.

Bottle. Pours a clear orangish amber with an off-white head that dissipates slowly and laces nicely. Aroma has a grassy hop note with a bit of apple and a backing sweet grain backbone. Flavor begins with sweet grains, but has a growing bitterness with pine and grass.

A hazed amber DIPA with a thin off white head. In aroma, a fruity caramel malt with floral hops, treacle, boozy. In mouth, a nice burned caramel with floral hops, treacle, alcohol warmth, nice. On tap at TAP NY, April 28, 2012.

Cask, 3.5%. Black colour. Small frothy light brown head. The flavour starts off fruity, turning roasted, but like spent coffee grounds. Not as bad as it sounds, and I guess understandable considering the rather low ABV.

Bit cloudy dark purple to brown beer, small aery beige head, very little adhesive, unstable. Aroma: mocha, coffee, toffee, caramel, bit of wood. MF: good carbon, medium body, smooth texture. Taste: caramel, mocha, red berries, little sour. Aftertaste: dulce de leche, caramel, mocha. Only 3.5%ABV? Amazing, I should add another point. :p

Just added this one, so I'll be the first to rate it as well...
Location: Sampled at the NY Brewfest on Governor's Island, 6/19/10
Aroma: It has a fairly hoppy nose, pine herbs, some grain, and a bit of caramel
Appearance: It pours a somewhat hazy golden-copper color with a creamy white head
Flavor: The taste is light-medium sweet up-front, herbs/caramel, medium bitter, pine finish
Palate: This brew drinks nicely, works well, and has a pretty nice mouthfeel
Overall Impression: Overall, I thought this was fairly solid stuff. A rather tasty, hoppy Pale Ale that works rather well. The better of the two Long Ireland offerings from the brewfest.

Palate: It has a light-medium body, fairly sessionable, and drinks pretty nicely
Overall Impression: A halfway decent Irish Ale. Nothing overly special, but a solid example of the style in my opinion. Overall, I thought the beers I tried from this brewery at the festival were pretty good, and I look forward to getting a hold of some more of their stuff in the future.

@PilsnerPeters-12oz bottle-pours a tan head and dark amber color. Aroma is light/medium malt-caramel, secondary earthy hops. Taste is light/medium malt-caramel, secondary earthy/metallic hops. Lighter body.

Bottle at Pilsner Pete’s RBSG. Nice all around beer. Pours a dark reddish brown. Nose is floral hops, sweet caramel. Taste is pleasantly hoppy with a touch of juniper.

Growler fill from Big Z - cloudy golden beer, with a substantial, foamy head - decent retention, thick lace - raspberries hit the nose first, and add a slight tartness that compliments the aromas of wheat malt, light citrus, mild phenols - moderate carbonation, somewhat creamy in the mouth - slightly tart up front, followed by some bready/yeasty notes - raspberry is faint, but present throughout - not much else going on - a beer can be light and complex, but this is not - a semi-chalky character on the back end also makes it much less refreshing than it could be - not terrible, just boring.
