5 oz. draft. Aroma is bretty funk, soft berry, lactobacillus. Flavor is soft from start to finish. Berry, mild funk, soft tartness in the finish. Good.

16 oz. can. Flavor has dried flowers, mild Juniper, mild lingering earthy herbal notes. Pretty much what a gruit is and approachable for the style. Made well.

16 oz. Can. No date coding. Aroma shows bready malt, soft fruit. The Amarillo here shows mild citrus. Soft malt backbone with the slightest herbal bitterness. I’ll give us the benefit of the doubt since I believe it sat in my fridge for 3 months.

Can from a Lazy Dog Dark brown in color with a hint of haze and a pillowy off white head that dissipates slowly. Caramel and spice with bits of earth and a light astringency. Pretty nice for a gruit.

Birds From Mars-IP trade with johnnnniee, thanks! This gets me one closer on leader board for # of NH beers rated :-) retain-ing/thin offwhite-slightly hazy yellow. A-kiwi, slight strawberry, hint of lemon zest, lt malt. T-follows, dry, crisp finish. 3.8

Pours flat amber with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Aroma of lambic yeast. Taste has sweet malt, tart citrus, distinct lack of hops, lemony. Palate has juniper berries on the nose and tongue, wet in taste but dry on the tongue. Fantastic.

Pours hazy amber with a thick white head. Fantastic fruity aroma, tropical fruit, citrus. Taste has slight sour notes, explosion of tropical fruit and citrus. Palate has slight guava with mild hop bite. Fantastic.

Pours amber with a thin white head. Aroma has sweet fruity notes, tropical. Taste has oak resin. Palate has the previous flavor linger throughout the mouth. Good.

Pours pale yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of kiwi and pineapple, honeydew. Taste has a continuation of these flavors, smooth hop bite. Palate is fantastic, slight resin on the roof of the mouth. Great.

Pours pale yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of ferrous yeast. Taste has dark fruit notes, yeast. Palate is heavy and metallic, typical of the style. Good.
