Taster at brewpub. Clear orange golden, head fades fast. Citrusy aroma, oranges. Taste comes in weak, faint citrusy notes. Thin body too. Smells great, and then disappoints.

4 oz. draft. Aroma is gentle lemongrass. The ginger does not overpower it’s a mild compliment to the lemongrass. Light earthy finish.

4 oz. draft. Aroma and flavor are a mirror. Dandelion tea, lemon zest, ends lightly yeasty. Very interesting and resembles a dandelion tea.

Can, undated, purchased one week ago from brewery, drunk 7/14/21.
Soft-toned, peachy blonde, slight haze with a small, beige head atop showing low retention.
Strawberry-vanilla notes in the nose are quickly joined by moderate lactic acidity. Malt depth seems good with plentiful sweetness to balance.
Very fruity and full of acidity yet quite malty with fairly good attenuation. Engaging carbonation and lingering vanilla, lactic and fruit-like acidity. Quite flavorful for its size. Nothing earth-shattering, but a fine, well-executed kettle sour.

Undated can, purchased one week prior at the brewery, drunk 7/14/21. Clear, bright golden with strong maize tints. White head is large and slowly fades to cover. Beautiful flaked maize in the nose combines with light yeast-like minerality, soft, floral hops and a touch of honey-like maltiness with no alcohol or flaw noted. WOW. That's ALOT of flaked maize and I absolutely love it. Soft and malty texture with great attenuation and low hop character. All in on the malt and maize with tight carbonation and no flaw whatsoever (just an ever so slight hint of soap). Clean, deliciously full of corn. Reminds me of High Life a bit, but even better and fuller/more flavorful.

Draught and 32oz growler to go at the brewery the first couple months they were open (was Summer, that's all I recall).
Mostly clear, straw-golden with a bit of copper. Small white head is somewhat dense and fades to light cover.
Light hopping in the nose gives an American flare but isn't beating you over the head with pine or resin, thankfully. Biscuity malts and phenolics from the yeast deepen complexity. No alcohol or flaw noted.
Fairly malty and very attenuated, which I remember being immediately attracted to. Maybe a touch more phenolic clove than I'd prefer, but it's covered up significantly by the hops which add dank, green notes and light pine and grapefruit. Low but engaging carbonation and a dry finish with a biscuity texture.
