Aluminium bottle. Very pale yellow colour, not far from water. Very small white head. Very watery flavour. This beer is REALLY thin and flavourless. Very close to sparkling water.

Aluminium bottle. Golden colour, very small white head. Watery and thin flavour. Easily drinkable and very boring.

Bottleshaped can. Virtually no aroma. Head almost non-existant. Very watery taste. Nice package, but a ONCE in a lifetime experience not to be retried.

Golden lager with a thin white head. Smeel of cream soda. Rather sweet pop taste with unpleasant hoppy notes and strong alcohol. Horrendous. Mondiale 2005.

Dark amber with no head. Aroma is a strong malt (bock-like) with some honey and caramel thrown in - sickening sweet. A skunky, sour flavour is completely off-putting and unacceptable, despite the hint of malt.

A mislabeling of a style from a Gluek beer? Shocking! Looks like a Lager, with a pale amber gold color and a thin white head that was gone almost immediately, and lacing does not exist. Faint hops aroma. Light-bodied with a weak hops flavor undermined by grainy and doughy aspect. The finish is crisp and relatively flavorless. Whether this is supposed to be a Pale Ale or something else, I don’t like it.

I have a bottle of Dark Lord in the cellar and I drink THIS. Light amber orange color with a blink-and-you-miss-it medium off-white head and nil lacing. Light roasted malt aroma. Light body with a vaguely sweet flavor of malt, along with a little fruit. The flavor falls off fast though. The finish is crisp and has a touch of hops. Pretty much what you would expect from Gluek. This is basically a Killian’s-type beer that isn’t offensive, yet does not really offer much.

The only bock part of this beer is the name. There is some malt sweetness, but no honey, and none of the malt flavor one would expect from a bock. More like a smooth malt liquor.

Hahah, just looking at the picture to the left makes me laugh. Swill tasting with Barry and Stephen, can. Pale golden color, aside from the cider we had, this had a relatively decent yellow color. Small head, somewhat well retained. There is actually flavor in this one, I wont say it was great, but it has some sweet corn syrup, a little bit of metal and some lightly spoiled fruit notes throughout. Not disgustingly overcarbonated, a bit meaty all told and just really strange. My first Gluek product, I’m so proud!
