13 oz draft pour at the brewpub in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The pour is a hazed copper brown with a smallish light tan head. The taste is very malty, rich caramel, hint of iced tea crystal malt. There is a fruitiness to the finish which is nice. The palate is medium to light bodied, bright carbonation, and the malty fruit finish. Nice one, these Earth Bread beers are really solid.

13 oz draft at the brewpub in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The pour is a hazed copper orange with not much of an off-white head. The aroma is light spice rye, and round orange citrus hops. There is toasted malt present as well. The taste is cracked grain, toasted malt, bright citrus hops and finishing with the subdued rye spiciness. All flavors play together nicely. The palate is light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, and a lingering finish of citrus and rye. Really gentle and integrated use of the rye. This is a tasty beer.

At the Brewpub: Pours a deep amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is sugary malts for the most part and dark fruits for the other. Body is thick and almost creamy. Taste is sweet, but not overly cloying. This wasn’t all that complex, but it was a well-made old ale.

At the Brewpub: Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma is funk, kind of like saison farmhouse funk, combined with a nice helping of hoppy action. Taste is equally funky. Is somewhat dry. Yeast and the hops work well together. This is a successful Brett BPA.

Golden copper with a white head. Aroma is quite zesty hoppy with a bit of sweet malt and yeasty spice. Medium, bubbly mouth. Flavor has sugary sweet fruits, quite a bit of hoppy tropical citrus and light earth. Yeast spices come on near the end. Refreshing, hoppy belgian ale. I don’t generally enjoy Belgian IPA style beers but this one has a mild belgian spice/malt flavor which aids in my enjoyment.

Coper in color with a small white head. Earthy sweet aroma. Slight dandelion. A hint of sweet malts and dark fruits like raisin and fig. Light sour finish. Pretty interesting beer.

Handbottle thanks to Jcwattsrugger. Pours black with brown head. Nose/taste of chocolate, light pine and hops. Dryish light pine finish. Simple but effective. Medium body.

Draft at the source, courtesy of staff, thanks! Very dark maroon, tan edge head, decent lacing. Aroma of butterscotch and light spice. Taste is malty, butterscotch soda. Nice complexity and character. Best beer of the day for me.
