Got my 12-pack in, yum. Otaru Helles Gold with a thick dollop of foam with a soft, semi-sweet aroma with some peppery noble hop notes. Medium to full bodied with a sort of slick mouthfeel and good flavor of bready malts and soft spice with herbal hops. Rich and enjoyable.

330ml bottle. Pours clear gold with a tall white head. Aroma is tea, caramel, malt. Taste is medium sweet, malt, caramel, herbs. Light bodied. Quite strange.

300ml bottle from TBS in Moscow. Pours dark purple with no head. Aroma is cherry juice. Taste is sweet and syrupy cherry juice, very faint sourness. It’s like drinking cherry juice.

Tap at the brewery. Nice, wheaty, aroma has touch of lemon, grainy. Taste is good, crisp, little bit of sweetness, grassy. Very easy drinking.

Tap at Beer Horn. Dark amber colour, beige coloured creamy head. Aroma is bit caramel, some grassiness too, bit fruity. Taste is good, nice malty sweetness, like this one best and could drink it a lot.

Tap at Beer Horn. Golden coloured, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, vanilla. Taste is sweet again, strawberries and cream, vanilla, little bit of grain. Weird, but nice. Surely this can't be the same beer as Tim rated? Nice though.

Tap at Beer Horn. Golden colour, crazy horn glass, white bubbly head. Aroma is grainy, floury. Taste is decent, refreshing, good graininess, light creamy sweetness, nice. I was a bit toasted at this stage, but liked it.

Tap at Beer Horn. Dark brown, creamy golden head. Aroma is sweet, lightly fruity, raisins, orchard fruit. Taste is good, very subtle for %. Sweet, candi sugar, boozy fruits, very easy drinking, smooth and pretty subtle.

Tap at Beer Horn. Light smoke nose, ham, bacon. Taste is less smoky, bit of sweetness, honey roast ham? Lots of maltiness, more grainy the further you go. Good stuff.
