bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma beige media grana persistente, color ambrato limpido, al naso subito spumante moscato caramello vaniglia esteri, in bocca ancora spumante moscato caramello malto vaniglia spezie lieve medicinale, corpo rotondo, carbonazione forte, alcool perfetto, dolce con amaro moderato. Pours pink/mauve with a slightly pink-tinger small head.Smells like berry toothpaste, cherry, marzipan, almond.Very sweet-tasting, which almost hides the hot booze. More marizpan, raspberries. Cloying.

Servida en tulipa, color amarillo pajizo, turbia, espuma blanca bien conservada. Aroma a levadura, cilantro, cÃtricos, una chispa de jengibre, especias... En boca es de cuerpo ligero, textura acuosa, cÃtrica, especiada, dulzor medio, amargor escaso, fresca, ligeramente astringente. Agradable, bien para acompañar una tapas.

33cl bottle from Carrefour Market Cours St. Michel in Brussels. F: big, beige, good retention. C: dark coppery, almost clear A: dark malts, caramel, bready, dried fruits. T: full malty base, watery caramel, bready, dried fruits, weak bitterness, medium carbonation, nothing really special here, drinkable.

Cette Gauloise blonde est une Belge très moyenne qui n'est pas très affriolante. Avec une petite acidité et un équilibre perfectible, le style connait bien mieux. Le visuel est sur un blond doré limpide avec une fine effervescence soutenue et une mousse blanche et crémeuse de 2 cm. Le nez est simple mais pas déplaisant sur le blé, une touche de coriandre et du citron. En bouche les déséquilibres se font ressentir. De l'acidité apparaît dès l'attaque avec des arômes peu attrayants et un alcool à 6,3 qui dénote quelque peu. L'ensemble est homogène avec une corpulence limitée, même si l'arrière bous est un peu plus acide. Le final est sans grand intérêt mais relativement long. Sans intérêt.
