International Cider Festival 2019. Bottle pour. Clear golden with some bubbles. Sweet apples and sour apples, old apples, brown apples, bit dank, woody, light funk. Bottle sampled at Cider festival. Clear darker golden with no head. Strong barnyard funk, sweet apple, dry apple peel, hay, earthy leaves. Under medium sweet, light tart and bitter. Medium bodied. Good farmhouse character!

Bottle sampled at Cider festival. Slight hazy golden with small white head. Sweet apple, roses, light funk, sweet flowers, pear, fresh apple juice. Medium sweet and light tart. Medium bodied. It’s weird but it works quite well actually.

Bottle sampled at Cider festival. Almost clear light golden. Tart apples, soft pears, light funk, a bit dry wood, soft grapes. Light sweet and sour, very light bitter. Over light bodied. Good and refreshing.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass @ [ Pre-Borefts tasting 2018 ] by kermis in Kim Jong-Un Buurtcentrum Zaandam, Noord-Holland. [ As Cidrerie Maman Poiré Artisanal ].Clear light yellow colour with a average, frothy and quick, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy pear, sugar, sugary pear. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pear, sugar. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20180920] 5-2-6-3-11

Bottle at home. Bit hazy dark golden with white head that actually lasts for a while. Medium sweet fresh apple, red apple, this has quite some ‘hand’ apple that can be eaten like this, but also some tart and bitter juice 🍎. Soft farmhouse funk, sweet pears, horse sweat, light grassy and some cinnamon. It’s solid medium sweet, light tart and bitter. Medium bodied, quite some carbonation and under medium dry. Very tasty, not too dry, actually it’s more on the sweet side but with plenty of farmhouse notes. Good!
