Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2016) im 2021-07 getrunken. Dieses orange-braune Cider kommt mit einer toller Explosion von süßen Apfeln daher. Am Gaumen wirkt es fast wie ein Süsswein wo bittere und saure Äpfel für ein wundervolles Mundgefühl sorgen. Der Körper ist recht mächtig so das schon ein kleines Glas für eine tolle Erfahrung sorgt. Klasse!

Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2015) im 2021-07 getrunken. Dieses hell gelbe Cidre kommt mit einer schönen feinperligen Kohlensäure daher. In der Nase sind erfrischende Apfelaromen mit einer spannenden Balance zwischen säuren und bitteren Äpfeln deutlich. Am Gaumen wirkt das Mundgefühl schon sehr edel und wunderbar ausgewogen daher. Ein tolles Cider!

pours a clear darker amber. Scent is pure applesauce. medium high intensity. Taste is intense, sticky, sweet, full on applesauce. Very nice alcohol warmth. nutty. Awesome.

Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2018) im 2021-03 getrunken. Man merkt bei diesen gold-orangefarbenden Cidre sofort das bei der Wahl der Äpfel deutlich der Fokus auf bittere Apfelsorten stand und süße und saure Sorten das große Ganze abrunden. Dieses bittere Apfelaroma ist sehr ungewohnt, aber nach dem 3.Schluck weiß man das man auch bei diesen Dupont Cidre was ganz besonderes im Glas hat. Das hier ist klar kein Cidre für jeden Tag!

75 cl bottle vintage 2019 (5,5%) @ home, batch #1192 Aroma has ripe apples and apple peel. Mild acidic tones. Flavour has acidic tones, ripe apples, apple peel and mild floury tones. Pleasant.

This is very well carbonated. Dry, apple and some yeast, which gives a lightly early character. Good palate.
