0.375 l bottle from 'Etre Gourmet', 2015 vintage at 6% abv, cellared for two-and-a-half years. Almost clear, deep reddish amber with a few off-white bubbles on top of it. Sweetish, minimally sourish, gently fruity aroma of ripe apples, light vanilla, some walnut and a touch of wood. Fairly sweet, minimally sourish, quite fruity taste of ripe apples, raisins, brown sugar, vanilla, wood and walnut, followed by a short, intensely sweetish, minimally tartish and a little woody finish. Medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, flat. Overall quite sweet but simply delicious.

Bottle. Deep dark amber, clear body. Apfelstrudel filling spicy apple and light alcohol. Smooth honeyish-appley, lovely, taste, sliiightly too flat but nice! Very tasty!

Bottle with the RateBeer MĂĽnchen Tasting group at Hopdog, Munich Thurs' 23rd July 2020. Really good, appearance is a little warm copper, sweet toffee, zippy and gives the tongue a real workout, a superb Ice Cider I am only disappointed that my rating cannot do it justice.

Bottle. Dark liquid gold, beautiful. Buttery roasted caramelized apples, BAM! Flavor is smooth, sweet-and-sour in perfect balance, nice concentrated apple flavor noticeable from start to finish. Top recommendation.

Bottle thanks Fin! Dark clear amber. Buttery, apple, Strudel, light spice, anise, lime. Medium full body, perfectly balanced tart to sweet apples, light rhubarb, pear, Heidelbeere. Brilliant.

Olive bottle, 75 cl, vintage 2017, purchased at the LCBO - Richmond on December 20, 2019, savoured on May 24, 2020; eye: copper with a golden hue, limpid, good effervescence, sheet of fawn head that turns into a small ring, no lacing; nose: wild yeasts, musk, green apple, candied apple; mouth: wild yeasts, musk, green apple, candied apple, light alcohol, slight acidity, finale in candied apple with light medicinal presence, light-medium body, average carbonation, mildly sweetness, lightly fleshy texture; overall: nice surprise

Bottle, 2014 vintage consumed in 2020. Almost clear golden body under a small, rather fast disappearing white head. Looks great. Aroma has a combination of ripe, sweet apple and acidic fresh apple. Moderate acidic aroma with some of cellar notes. Taste is nice, rich, ripe, sweet apple with balancing acid and some wood. Fine body and long lasting, very pleasant aftertaste. Nice, quite classic French cider.
