330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally sour-ish, fruity and grainy aroma, minimally woody overtones, hints of red berries, a touch of coffee, whiffs of oak. Taste is sweet-ish malty, slightly yeasty fruity and minimally tart-ish, woody, hints of milk chocolate, red berries, a touch of sugared coffee.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Quite fruity, not that "stouty" - Acceptable.

A: hazy amber, thin, off-white head.
A: biscuit, plum, rosemary, thyme, green tea.
T: sweet plum & red apple, bitter rosemary & tea leaves.
F: herbal hops, bitter tea, bit soapy.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Clean, but the herbs cover the Bock profile quite a bit.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, amber colour with average to huge, dense, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, sulphureous head. Herbal-spicy aroma, notes of rosemary, caramel malty background. Taste is herbal-spicy, slightly caramel malty and mildly bitter, minimally piney hoppy, notes of rosemary, subtle residual sweetness. Slightly oily, minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, dense, foamy carbonation. Well crafted, well balanced and harmonious; focussed, very clean, clear and distinct flavours; very good exposition of the perfectly embedded rosemary flavours - a little gem.

Mild säuerlicher Beginn, Kaffee, trockene Bitterkeit. Leicht ansteigende Süße, moderat herb, weiterhin Kaffee. Ok, wenn auch nicht besonders gut. 9/7/8/6/9/6

On tap at Frisches as Rosi, Bock + Rosmarin. Hazy red amber, offwhite lace. Honeyish malty nise, light flowery herbal. Medium bidy, chewy dry, spicy rosemary notes, herbal and floral, heavy bitter finish.

Tap at Frisches. Cloudy amber chestnut, strong white head. Nose is herbal grey tea, sugar herbal candy drop. Taste is surprisingly fluffy, creamy, balanced smooth mouthfeel, with a slightly oily soapy bitter ending. Nose does not translate into the taste, but it is drinkable, though a tad sticky.

Hazy orange golden beer with a off white head. Aroma of vanilla, caramel, oat malt. Taste of caramelized malt, yeast, oat malt, sweet malts.
