Bottle. Incredibly funky farmhouse aromas with lots of stone fruits, peaches, nectarines. Nice balanced sourness, light puckering, dry conclusion. Medium body. Brilliant beer.

Peachy-amber colour. No head. The aroma is great, really nice grape notes, sweet pale malt, mellow bugs. Soft body, with big bright fruit. It starts juicy, but dries out with a nice oaky note. Lots of fruit throughout, mellow bugs and beautiful malts. This is excellent.

750mL bottle, pours a clear dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of musty grape skins, lots of beautiful buggy wild yeast, and some oak. Flavour is just divine, combining the best of wine and saison, with tons of complex grape skins, grape must, oak, and wild bugs. Cohesive, deep and complex. Damn fantastic.

750mL bottle. Pours murky dark orange with a fast-fading white head. Tons of dry barnyard funk and grape must on the nose. Flavour has spicy saison yeast, a dry funky character, and musty grape skins. Fantastic.

Hazy, quite pale. Thin head. Light brett, with a clean pale malt note on the nose. This is clean, nice malt, with a touch of brett... there's not much nuance here; it's just an excellent and clean grisette.

Bottle by way of a trade. Hazed pale gold. Slim ring of white. Big white grape dessert wine vibes. Clean cut oak. Taste is sweet first off with juicy vinous tartness. Nice oaky bitterness. Lovely full mouthfeel stays easy drinking. Fine carbonation. Touch of warmth. Juicy white wine vinous oaky finish. Very fine.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy muddled orange with a large white head. Aroma is extremely intense, with very bitter botanicals -- citrus, coriander, grapefruit peel, and various floral notes -- along with some rustic notes. Flavour is bitter, floral and soapy, with plenty of coriander, grapefruit peel, floral notes, rustic saison, and soap. Very bitter, soapy, and rustic. Very strange. I don't get why you'd do this, but if you do this, this is about as good as you could do this.
