Bottle from the Bristol Cider Shop. Deep gold with some short lived fizz. Dry apple fruit aroma with some wood and barnyard character. Flavour was also tart, with some skins and cores and a woody, dry finish. Good.

500ml bottle from the Bristol Cider Shop. Pale gold with a vague hint of a pinkish tinge and plenty of carbonation. Light apple juice aroma with some honeyed sweetness and a slight whiff of the barnyard in the background. Flavour was dryish to start with some earthy fruit and a flinty edge before some balancing sweetness in the finish. An enjoyable cider.
