Draught at La Fine Mousse, Paris
It’s the end of the keg, therefore it pours a muddy golden color with creamy and generous head. Nice aroma of fruity hops and some malt. Sweet malt and toffee flavor with fruity and fresh hopping; luckily the excessive yeast of this keg end doesn’t spoil completely this beautiful beer.

Aroma is slightly sour with moderately salty licorice and coffee notes. Flavour is somewhat salty with licorice, some coffee notes and soy sauce. Reminds me of Nøgne Ø Imperial Stout. Too salty but good anyway.

A cloudy, orange beer with a big, dense and blond head. Aroma is strongly tropical fruity, mangos, peaches, pine, fructose, balanced. Taste is at least medium bittery, fruits, peaches, pine, grapefruits, balanced sweetness. The aftertaste is long, dry and even resin. Medium bodied, nice and smooth to drink. Succesfull and enjoyable beer with lots of bitterness.

Draught. Hazy amber, lacing white head. Fruity, caramelly, hoppy aroma. Flavor has caramel, grape, malt, bitter finish. Quite malty for an IPA. Not hoppy enough to make it interesting.
